Who these terms are with

ReadyOps powered by BoostWorksHQ is a brand operated by Flipper Auto Technologies LLC. These terms are an agreement between your business and Flipper Auto Technologies LLC. Our business location is California, United States.

By buying or using a ReadyOps product or account, you accept these terms on behalf of the business making the purchase.

What you are buying

ReadyOps products are digital Excel workbooks and written instructions. A purchase gives your business a license to use them, described on the License page. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying templates, formulas, layouts, or documentation.

Product pages describe what each workbook contains. Screenshots and figures on this site use illustrative sample data, not customer data.

Delivery and account access

Purchases are delivered through the secure ReadyOps account and download system after payment is confirmed. Sign in with the email address used at checkout, open your dashboard, and download your files. Download links are generated per request and expire after a short window.

We do not promise delivery by branded email; a ReadyOps sending domain is not configured yet. Your account is the authoritative place to get your files.

If a purchase does not appear in your account, email boostworkshq@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and we will correct it.

Acceptable use

You may edit the workbooks for your own business. Every employee at the licensed business location may use them internally.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or post the files or instructions, share them outside the licensed business, or present them as your own product, template, or consulting deliverable for sale.

Sharing account credentials or download links outside the licensed business is a breach of these terms and may end your access.

One-time purchases versus memberships

A completed one-time purchase permanently preserves access to the version and package you purchased. It stays in your account and remains downloadable, including after any membership ends. Any included future updates are only those stated on the product page or provided in writing.

A membership is access while it is active: the current systems, updates published during the term, and cloud platform features as each one ships. Membership access is not a permanent entitlement to systems you did not buy outright.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and pricing

The Founding Membership is an early-access offer. Cloud platform features described as planned or in development are not available today, and membership does not guarantee a delivery date for any specific feature.

Memberships bill monthly or annually and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and there are no prorated refunds for the remainder of that period.

If we change membership pricing, the change applies to billing periods that start after we notify you. Founding pricing is held while your membership stays active without interruption.

Refunds

Digital purchases are normally nonrefundable after download. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupt files, and verified product defects are corrected or refunded where appropriate. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.

No warranty on outcomes

These systems are tools. Results depend on your team keeping them current and on decisions you make. We make no claim about revenue, profit, on-time delivery, or downtime reduction in your shop.

The workbooks are provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Verify any figure before using it for quoting, billing, tax, safety, or compliance purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product, membership, or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or for the twelve months of membership fees preceding the claim, whichever applies.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost production, or data you entered into your own files. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, subject to applicable consumer-protection law. Courts located in California are the venue for any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are noted with the updated date on this page, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
