Essentials includes one system of your choosing. You pay first, then choose — billing starts at payment, not at selection — and the system you pick stays the same when you renew or rejoin.

The free Priority Board is available to everyone separately and never uses up your choice. Bundles, the other memberships and the managed retainers are not selectable here.
What you get
The current approved package for the one system you choose, including its workbook files, blank and example versions where the package provides them, and setup and user instructions.
Released fixes, improvements and new standard versions of that same system while your membership is active, with version, release date and changelog shown. Updates never overwrite your business data automatically.
Standard spreadsheet add-on modules released for your selected system, at no additional ReadyOps module fee. None are released today.
Self-guided setup materials and asynchronous email product support for opening the files, following the instructions, understanding the existing fields and workflows, and reporting reproducible problems.

What it does not include
The other four core systems, both bundles, and the managed retainers. Essentials includes one system, not all five.
A guaranteed support response time. This tier has no SLA.
Custom formulas or software, data entry or cleanup, implementation projects, data migrations, integrations, scheduled consulting calls, on-site work, or managed operations.
Microsoft 365 Excel itself. You supply a supported Excel environment.
Hosted ERP, automatic cloud synchronisation, or external integrations. These are Excel files you download.
Concurrent multi-user editing, multi-company hosting, or a guaranteed technical scale beyond the documented capacity.
Cancelling
Cancel yourself from the billing area at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your membership benefits continue through the period you have already paid for. After that date, website downloads, updates, newly released modules and member support end, and your account, receipts and selection history remain. You may keep using any version you downloaded during a paid, non-refunded period inside your business. ReadyOps does not disable or delete files already on your computer. Continued local use does not include future downloads, future versions or support.
