License
What you may do with a ReadyOps workbook once you have it, written for owners rather than lawyers.
What the license covers
A purchase grants your business a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workbook internally at one business location. There is no seat limit: every employee at that location may use the files for that business.
A completed one-time purchase permanently preserves your access to the version and package you purchased, and it stays available in your ReadyOps account. Any included future updates are only those stated on the product page at the time of purchase or provided to you in writing.
A membership grants use of the systems it includes while the membership is active. It does not create a permanent license to systems you did not purchase outright.
What you may do
Edit the workbook. Add columns, rename fields, change formulas and formatting, build your own views and reports, and keep copies for backup or for separate departments at your location.
Print and share views internally, including with employees and with contractors working on your jobs, as long as the underlying files stay inside your business.
What you may not do
Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or post the workbooks or instructions anywhere, including file-sharing sites, public repositories, training courses, or a consulting deliverable or template sold to others.
Do not share download links, account credentials, or the source files outside the licensed business.
Ownership
Flipper Auto Technologies LLC, operating the ReadyOps brand, retains ownership and copyright in the templates, formulas, layouts, and documentation. Data you enter is yours.

If the license is misused
If files are resold, redistributed, or shared outside the licensed business, we may end the license and account access for that business. We will tell you what we saw and give you a chance to correct it first where the misuse looks unintentional.
