Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. This reflects how the site actually works today: forms, accounts, downloads, and payment processing.
Who we are
ReadyOps powered by BoostWorksHQ is a brand operated by Flipper Auto Technologies LLC. Our business location is California, United States.
All privacy requests and business correspondence go to boostworkshq@gmail.com. Support is email only; we do not operate a phone line.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, shop name, operation type, team size, and your message.
When you request setup services we collect your name, shop name, work email, optional phone number, operation type, team size, what you use today, the problem you want fixed, and the optional timeline and budget you select. That request is stored so we can answer it and scope the work; it is not used for advertising.
For inbound request forms we also store a one-way fingerprint of the network the request came from. It exists only to block automated spam, cannot be reversed to an address, and is never used to identify or track you.
We record first-party page and button events on our own site — the page path, the event name, and any campaign values already in the link you clicked. These are stored without cookies or cross-site identifiers, and are used only to see which pages lead to requests.
When you request the Free Shop Priority Board we collect your email address, optional shop name, and your consent choice.
When you create a ReadyOps account we store your email address and the products and memberships tied to that account so your downloads work.
When you buy something, our payment processor collects and holds billing details. We receive only the order amount, product, status, and the email used at checkout. We never see or store full card numbers.
Our hosting and database providers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
How we use it
To answer your question, deliver the files you requested or purchased, keep your account and entitlements accurate, and send product or platform updates you opted into.

What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
The Excel workbooks contain no macros and make no outside data connections. Data you enter into a workbook stays in your file, on your device or your network. We never see it.
Email and consent
Marketing emails go only to addresses that checked the consent box. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect files you already licensed or your account access.
Service email — order or download notices, password resets, and billing problems — may be used when email service is configured, and it is sent regardless of marketing consent. Your ReadyOps account and dashboard remain the authoritative place for file delivery and billing access.
Service providers
We use third parties for website hosting, our account database and file storage, and payment processing. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound to keep it confidential.
A dedicated ReadyOps sending domain is not configured yet, so we do not currently promise branded email delivery of purchases. Purchased files are delivered through your ReadyOps account.
How long we keep it
Order, license, and account records are kept as long as your entitlement exists and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterward.
Contact form messages and marketing list entries are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to export what we hold about you. Email boostworkshq@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will confirm when it is done.
If you are in a state or country with specific privacy rights, such as California, you may exercise those rights through the same email address. We do not charge for a reasonable request and we do not discriminate against anyone who makes one.
